Challenges in today's globalization era are increasingly felt. The business aspect has a very high challenge to always be able develop the company so that it is profitable. pandemic hit from beginning of 2020 almost changed all existing arrangements, including human resource management. Employee job satisfaction an important for company. Dazzle Store Yogyakarta Branch retail engaged marketing electronic goods with international brands. This study aims determine direct and indirect effect self-efficacy engagement on through insecurity employees branch.
